RightCare Foundation International Inc. recognizes the danger of Youth restiveness in rural communities. The unengaged Youth is like a potential time bomb awaiting detonation. It breeds frustration, which leads to hooliganism, thuggery, banditry, and other related social vices. Study shows that only about 6 percent of young people in Sub-Saharan Africa are enrolled in higher education institution after High School.
The remaining 94% engage in several other activities of life to earn livelihood. Often, majority of these do not have the financial resources to engage in any meaningful activity due to poor family background. RightCare Foundation International Inc. partners with donors to empower some of these identified youths through skills acquisition or vocational training. Some of the profitable vocational trainings and skills include building construction and allied skills (Welding/Iron Bending, Tilling, Plumbing, Electrical works, Masonry, Painter,); Tailoring, Auto- Mechanics, Bakery, among others.
